Agree. I think most teachers have the leave thing on their mind especially with young kids unvaccinated who will need to be out when sick which I think will be more so than last year since so many people were home. [/quote]

My husband can’t take off with them, which means my students will be divided up among my colleagues for days on end if this plays out like I think it will.[/quote]

No no don’t worry about that. Seriously. That is not our problem. I don’t want to burn leave if my kids get covid and are out for 10 days but if the system can’t get a sub those days that’s on them. I refuse to make that my problem or worry. Quite literally not our problem or issue to fix (not that we can). [/quote]
