We do very much care that they are on time and on budget, hence our discontent with Hogan and Chevy Chase snowflakes using every procedural trick in the book to try to run out the clock. All they accomplished was ensuring that it wouldn't be completed on time and on budget.

I'm not the PP, and I certainly don't wish ill on anyone, but I also am definitely not shedding any tears for residents grousing about a transit project that will benefit hundreds of thousands of people and has been in the works since the 1970s.[/quote]
