NP, but I’m not sure why you’re so focused on the “white” piece of this. I don’t think you’re wrong about the principle that UMC women are socialized to want the lifestyle you describe, but IME it’s not a racial thing, it’s a class and peer group thing. Many nonwhite women want/have this too. I’m one of them.[/quote]
