It's a much cooler market, and the thing about cooler markets is that they're cooler. Incidentally, "15 years" takes you to the height of the housing bubble in 2006. A lot of properties, even some in DC, are only now recovering their 2006 peak prices. It's not a very useful data point to choose.[/quote]
