We had a kindergartener and no crystal ball when we made the choice, but we already were at LAMB; staying with the familiar is easier while changing something that works is hard. Had we not already been at one school already we would have chosen MV. I would argue that worse than the commute is having few friends in the neighborhood. This is a neighborhood, though, where every other child goes to a different school (every charter plus Burroughs, etc). Still very few at LAMB. [/quote]
