oh shut up. At this point, we know that pretty much no one needs to be in their office to do most jobs. I don't care what CDC employees are doing.

I know plenty of people at NIH that have been going in to the office daily and they all seem a bit lighter on their feet and more relaxed. That is enough for me. Some people will never be happy.  [/quote]

Why do you see such a direct correlation between the mask guidance and remote work?  Almost all organizations have realized that there is likely to be a permanent change in a post-COVID world on how work gets done, and almost none have figured it out yet.  There is no rush on that.  Nothing in the CDC guidance spoke to where employees should perform their duties.

Now, if you are wondering if CDC employees who: 1) worked on this guidance; and 2) are still wearing masks in most settings, that would be a reasonable thing to ask.[/quote]
