MSI does not have a consistent club wide philosophy (no other club besides FCGB and OPSA and maybe WCP in this area does). FCGB is fighting an uphill battle with a MoCo culture that feels that wins at (especially U14 and down) are the only measure of success. It's hard to compete for players from the big clubs like BSC or McLean.[/quote]
