As I read the two EOs, it appears that all of the distancing requirements applicable to pools will drop on 5/28 with the second EO. However, the 10 ft rule is still in place until then (it was re-stated in the first EO)-- which is, of course, totally crazy.  It seems unlikely that there would be any external enforcement of that rule in the next two weeks though. [/quote]

I can’t help but be skeptical. Articles I’ve read say “all” and then in the same breath say “Employees in certain sectors — including restaurants, retail, fitness, personal care, and entertainment — must continue to wear masks unless fully vaccinated under the CDC guidance” which makes me wonder what else won’t fall under “all”, or what else will be specified that isn’t cited in the news articles. I half expect distancing in pools to stay because someone at the VDH pictures pools as “crowded” and children under 12 won’t be vaccinated.[/quote]
