The first thing. You can’t cross anything else off til you do that. Once you get into this routine you actually feel better when you stick to it and work out. You don’t really think about skipping or not going because it’s just what you do. Or if you miss one unplanned day, it doesn’t derail a years old routine. It’s just...part of your day. [/quote]
