I vote Biden authorize the redistribution of the funds from all the states who canceled participation in June. With the way this is going he should be able to extend the program in the remaining blue states through December without going to Congress for a renewal. Congress only authorized enough for all 50 states until end of September. South Dakota opted out last year. With 6 GOP states declining I think this could feasibly be stretched through fall if Biden was willing to work the numbers.[/quote]
