It's not available to the public.  He was caught on security cameras or CCTV (whatever you call it) outside the bar where he assaulted her.  It was widely reported it was on video. There is a police report, he was charged, he took a plea bargain.  AND HE PLED GUILTY.  He did it.  He is not suitable to serve. Violence against women is unacceptable in all accounts. What side are you standing on? [/quote]
