Well, I guess I will give you that, but she makes these impulsive decisions that have a lot of consequences down the line. But I have done strategic planning in the IC, so perhaps I'm not the best judge here.  :lol:  :lol: [/quote]

^^Serena got Fred to Canada by telling him that there were people that could help them get Nicole back. Because Fred is arrogant as heL!, not that smart and apparently also not a strategic planner with any experience in foreign relations/intelligence, etc. he agreed to it without a lot of questions. As a war criminal, he literally rendered himself.[/quote]
