Work Samples are a huge part. I think it is easier to get AAP acceptance after 2nd grade as well. If I have students requesting AAP, I put in Level 4 curriculum work samples or ones that show critical or creative thinking. Also if they are in Adv Math in 3rd they also have more of a chance of getting in. [/quote] My 5th grade child who has been in advanced math and principal placed since third got rejected.[/quote]
