[/quote] I live in a not-nice neighborhood and our current crop of officers who violate rights, use excessive force, and assume all youth are criminals ensure through their actions that they are not able to function effectively in our community. Officers show up after a crime and complain that no one in the neighborhood will talk to them. Well, are you going to share sensitive information with the guy who beat up your nephew for no reason?[/quote]
