I mean this one didn’t even bother to post more than one picture and offers are due at the end of the weekend.
https://www.redfin.com/MD/Mt-Rainier/3820-31st-St-20712/home/10984795
That’s because it’s a tear down.
Anything under $300k in Mount Rainier is a tear down. Some homes that are between $300k and $350k might be tear downs too. This city's market has been heating up for the past couple of years.
possibly nowadays, so glad I bought in mid 2000's for about $200k for 6+ bedrooms, 3 full baths and huge yard (we did do some renovations though). I really love Mount Rainier, great neighbors, diverse, it's definitely what people call "crunchy", very hippy, artsy and very LGBT friendly. We have awesome Halloween's too! (At least before covid). The new restaurants popping up nearby, but forget about getting into PG pool. I've been on the wait list for for a decade and will probably wait for another decade. Luckily, Chillum-Rollingcrest and Hamilton Pools are nearby.
