You can draw up a calendar without respect religion, but once you openly include certain religions in the process, you open yourself to challenges that you are advancing one religion over another. Which is why they unhooked spring break from Easter (and sometimes Passover, though incidentally). There's a leg to stand on with the federal holiday argument for Christmas. There isn't one for Easter. That's logical.[/quote]
