I worked out throughout all three of my pregnancies, and lost all baby weight within 2 months, and was usually skinnier 6 months after (thanks to the nursing). my body honestly looks better now at 41 than it did at 25 (it was skinny then, but soft), thanks to HIIT (which I can easily do in 30 minutes per day).[/quote]
