As the owner of a small business and employer of a nanny, I have mandated that everyone is vaccinated against covid. We’re in a pandemic and all exemptions have gone out the window. As long as the virus spreads it will continue to mutate. It would be completely irresponsible to subject my vaccinated employees to possible exposure due to those who won’t get vaccinated.
