I really hope they bring him back and not write him off in the next season. It looks like they cut a LOT Of characters and also took away some episodes as the other seasons had more then 8. 
I miss that they don't make any kind of reference to what happened to those people that we got to meet and attached.. like Elisheva, what happened to her when she immigrated with her son. We want to know if she is okay!  How is the Rembrant guy doing? Did he set his life? How about just let us know he is fine? And what about that forgotten daughter? We spend good amount of time to travel to meet her and now what?.. There is a need to give us some closure on those people. Even if it is just a brief cameo.

I really hope they will make another season happen. If it is a matter of money, there is a tone of people who would happily help to fund Jerusalem Film project that is making the series. This series does amazing thing for the Jewish communities around the world.
