Do you get to pick which center your child goes to? or is the center determine by your based school?
You don't get to pick (unless you are choosing center vs local). Determined by your base school.
Who makes the decision between choosing a center vs local? Our current school does not offer level IV services so they mention our kid will need to go to a new school if found eligible. If determined by our base school, we are not sure we would follow through with the process. Are they any exemptions or a request for a placement to a different center?
No. You either stay at the base and get local level IV or go to the center that is zoned for your school. Best of luck.
