They are, however, in the same vein: the NY and GA election laws are both attempting to prevent electioneering via provision of food and drink occurring at a polling place. GA's exact provision is different, but not some completely extraordinary measure as claimed by hyperventilating partisans. Georgia's law still allows "self-service water from an unattended receptacle” for voters in line. [/quote]
