And that's exactly why they will do it! Politicians fall over themselves to give away public money to gain favor with the wealthy. I don't know if it's because they like the steak dinners or the inside access to suspiciously lucrative investments. Let's just call it the virtuous cycle of the DC elite.[/quote]
