Unlikely. NAACP complaints about the prior admissions system at TJ were filed with the Education Department under Obama and went nowhere.  If all you have is a difference between the percentage of Black and Hispanic kids in FCPS and the percentage of Black and Hispanic kids at TJ, that won't get you very far.  [/quote]

This whole TJ thing is motivated by critical race theory (CRT). Proponents of which perceives TJ as one of the symbol that concentrates power into current white dominated system and one that that should be and could be easily dismantled. It won’t do much good for the URMs but make the social justice warriors happy. It may not be racist but definitely smothered in racial politics. [/quote]
