I’ve worked from home for the entirety of the pandemic and don’t wear a bra at home at all except for when I work out. I have well-fitted bras, but going braless is always more comfortable than wearing an underwire. I’m a C cup and know that at this size I would get looks if I didn’t wear a bra. Why does this absurd societal rule exist?
I’m not offended by breasts and don’t really care if people choose to wear bras in public or not but as someone with DDs, I am much more comfortable wearing a bra to going bra less. I wear bras all the time even while WFH and while sleeping. They hurt and cause back issues if I walk around unsupported. You can find comfortable bras out there. You don’t have to wear underwire (I hardly ever do).
