He seriously talks about running them over with his bike -- he claims he's allowed to do so because DC hasn't built enough bike infrastructure -- and is allowed to do so by the moderator. I'm going to guess he is an ardent GGWash commenter.[/quote]

My favorite post of all time was one suggesting that we could arrange to have unscooped dog poop picked up and DNA tested so we could figure out who was leaving it behind. [/quote]
