No not at BRYC . In fact many of the better coaches won’t coach ecnl because of the travel and commitment. Financially it’s not worth it to them.[/quote]

BN for one, But its the same at all of the ECNL clubs not just BRYC. 99% of NCSL coaches are paid licensed coaches. As for the rec comment Quite a few NCSL teams are better than the local ECNL teams of the same age especially on the boys side.[/quote]

Oh - not the NCSL teams are better than local ECNL teams BS again.  No they're not.  It is just about possible that the very best NCSL team in one or two age groups is on a par with the very worst ECNL team in that age group.  For the most part there is a massive gap and the best NCSL team is significantly inferior to the second team of the ECNL club.  [/quote]
