[/quote] +1. I like you. Maybe there just aren't enough of us to feel like we have any sort of voice. I try not to fall into the "generation war" stereotypes. I do think that when I entered the workforce in the policy world there were tons of silent generation folks still working past traditional retirement age (getting their pensions and a salary) complaining that "younger people" didn't want to take up the torch. Then there were my older boomer bosses who didn't like that younger people made them "feel old" and felt we "lacked passion" as a generation. I generally like my millennial colleagues.[/quote] +1 TY.
