UVA is attractive because it's a flagship that costs 35k a year instate. Dartmouth's cost to attend is 77k[/quote]

No wonder the school is the least diverse socioeconomically within the Ivy League (which is already notorious for skewing towards the wealthy). Dartmouth has 17% of undergraduate receiving Pell Grants.  That is higher than the percentage at UVA, VT, W&M, and James Madison.[/quote]
