NP. This is happening everywhere; it isn’t unique to DC. People who are internet savvy even KNOW about signing up.  So many people everywhere have no clue how to even get on a list, much less get an appointment.  The information is disseminated via social media for the most part or it requires a person to do internet digging and searching.  This may come as such a shock but there are tons of people in DC and all over the country who can’t even get this part started.

This entire vaccine distribution shows the lack of equity everywhere. [/quote]
