I have short DC school marm hair, admittedly, and I don't like this woman, but WOW her hair is gorgeous. Her cut and color are on point. I have actually never seen such great cut and color in the D.C. area. I am betting she gets her hair done outside of this geographical area. My hairdresser told me that there are less hours required in the DC/MD/VA for licensure to cut in a DC/VA/MD hair salon than other jurisdictions, and looking around, I believe it.
