[/quote] I'm not watching, but the 'key plan' for Reed to get a delay is to either 1) assume Reed won't open on time, or 2) suggest they use Reed for a year as a "distance learning' hub - its a little unclear if this is under the assumption that we would still be DL or that some people would want to remain DL, but would like to do so in a congregate setting.
