You can thank the  "Liberals" of Montgomery county who moved to Frederick for that. You know, those same liberals who love to cancel people and call people racist but at the same time moved to Frederick so that their own kids don't have to attend high farm schools with lots of minorities. Or they moved to Frederick because they are young people starting families and housing in Frederick is still affordable, unlike in most of Montgomery County. I have friends who bought an adorable house in a walkable downtown area for the same price as a run down un-updated shack of a townhouse in Gaithersburg. I know, shocking. [/quote]
