That is why most of the educated middle class families (both black and white) do out of boundary lotteries or charter schools. You get get an awesome house in Brookland for your budget--I'm talking huge Victorian with big backyard. Sure the charter schools/as are the Out of Boundary lotteries, but I literally haven't had a friend who hasn't gotten in somewhere where they aren't happy. [/quote]
