[/quote] I absolutely do think this is a purposeful, calculated decision. More proof of what an awful f-ed up plan it is. No matter how much trickery DCPS throws at parents, they will not be strong armed into putting their children in a class with a bad teacher or a teacher with no experience with that grade. As a parent, I won't sign or agree to a thing. If I find out after Ive accepted a spot that my child gets a teacher that is known to be bad (like my older child's 2nd grade teacher) we'll bail. You can't strongarm us into it. I'll lie and say someone is sick in our house. [/quote]
