I think this is the first time I have heard the Chinese version of "I've got a black friend so I'm not racist."

I brought up the Uighurs because someone said it ridiculous to accuse the Chinese of using slavery to fuel their economy.  When faced with the fact that they have forced a substantial portion of an entire ethnic group of people into slave labor in concentrations camps, the only defense is "nobody's perfect."  Hitler made a lot of Germans rich, as well.  [/quote]
