I say this as a parent of an 11 year old boy, whose aggression and energy level changed a ton after U9, because he decided to become more invested in soccer. But it isn't like technical skills, which you can teach, or stamina, which you can improve by conditioning. Either she cares about winning/contributing or she doesn't. You're not going to train it into her.[/quote]
