The idea that people were entitled to 13 years of free (well, nearly free, as the amount of property tax paid by each individual that is earmarked directly for public education is hilarously small and would not cover the crappiest childcare provider in the world) childcare just because they chose to have children was an INCORRECT ASSUMPTION whic has now been proven false, as the state sets the standards for education and in their opinion (the only opinion that matters), those standards are being met by educating without the babysitting component.[/quote]
