That may be true in your neighborhood, but it is not true in my neighborhood. We see kids playing together regularly with not a mask in sight. Mixed ages, and I’m guessing the kids don’t all attend the same PCS or DCPS.

This is both affluent families who I assume think they’re “safe” because the working parent is working from home, and families on the way other end of the income spectrum. [/quote]
