Home repair contractors, utility repair, Fire/EMS, health/medical facility, law enforcement, etc still need to continue. Covid was not being transmitted in grocery stores. Maybe among workers, but not to customers. There are essential businesses that people need that will never completely shut down. It's not possible. [/quote]
