No this is the type of nonsense U9-U14 coaches pull. Just put your damn number in TeamSnap. Why should anyone on the team have to ask for it?

Don't give up! You can figure out a way to find that dumb coach's number! Then you can tell him/her how dumb they are.

Or switch to a club where the coach lists his/her number in Teamsnap if you're too lazy or dumb to send an email or too scared to approach in person. I doubt the club you leave will miss you.[/quote]

It’s just so abusive and oppressive that coaches won’t be available on their phone anytime we want. What kind of world is this?  How will we ever survive without instant and constant access. Especially as they abuse our kids by letting them play together when there are so many things going on in the world. Oh the humanity. [/quote]

It is none of those. It is just dumb that coaches don’t provide the information. It is laughable that they believe their phone will be ringing off the hook if they provide. Well, if you suck at coaching it might but other than that the coach just isn’t that special, they just think they are. Such celebrity the youth coach is. Email first or speak to the team manager before we talk about little Timmy.
