This thread was one of the top search results when I was trying to find out where to buy this product, so I guess everyone stumbles upon it and asks for input like I'm about to, since it's a semi-active forum instead of an informational article. Sooooo... I bought this stuff from Sephora years ago, and three tubes have lasted me because I don't wear makeup regularly. I've recently begun to wear makeup more regularly, and have been pretty frivolous with this product because I'm older and need more coverage, plus it's old and I wanted to cycle through the old tubes and get a new one. Now I'm realizing that was a bad idea. I have tourettes, and facial tics = premature aging and LOTS of creasing in foundation. This stuff does not sit on your face like foundation, it does not set like foundation, it does not mask your skin. It's just rests on your face in all it's silicone glory and diffuses like a mesh covering (or the beauty setting on a camera). It's very good for what it does, but I'd bet a lot of makeup users were unhappy with it for one of the following reasons: A) They expected it to be foundation or full concealer. B) They tried to apply foundation over it and experienced migration because of all the slip in this product. C) They misunderstood the name and thought it was a miracle anti-aging product. Not every product is for everyone. I'd probably rate their favorites terribly because I generally have a terrible time with standard coverage products. *shrugs* This is the only coverage product that I have ever used that has the flexibility to handle my frequent facial contortions. If anyone has any leads or comparable products, please do tell. I use light and translucent.
