NP. I believe the ECNL guidelines suggest waiting eight weeks from the beginning of phase 2 before returning to full contact games. So if phase 2 began on June 12, per the ECNL guidelines the earliest date you'd play a game is August 12. Jefferson Cup is currently scheduled Aug 1-3.

The Executive Director of the Richmond Strikers is also on the ECNL board, so hosting the event on the current dates runs counter to the ECNL guidance.[/quote]

Most clubs.  But yes, Virginia has been a bit more strict than most states and with youth sports.  This has actually been good for us.  Come Aug. we should be ready for our kids to get out on the pitch, while other states not showing many restrictions are being closed down. [/quote]
