We are a black MD/PhD couple new to the area.  We've been to Rehoboth once before with our toddler, but it seems that the presence of people who look like us is reason for some to avoid the area.  We're heading to MV this year instead.[/quote]

I’m from NYC and went to school in Boston. I remember going to both MV and Nantucket in my 20s and being totally unimpressed. It is nothing special. Supply is limited so the prices are high so the poors can’t afford the go there. The actual place is nothing special.

We have a seven figure income and love to travel. Our family likes Bethany best in this area. I was never a fan of Rehoboth or OC. Never knew Rehoboth was supposed to be upscale. They all seem the same to me.[/quote]
