All non-litigation attorneys get that title. We’re basically in house regulatory attorneys, and they’re traditional attorney jobs (unlike opinion writer jobs). We’re all eventually land at GS-14s, though there’s an occasional non-supervisory 15 that gets shaken loose for people they don’t want to lose.[/quote]
