I'm pretty sure Hogan is more popular over his response than Elrich is. Who can you complain to? Well, everyone and no one. I talked to my county council member's staff today and she said/claimed they couldn't do anything even if they wanted to. It's all on Elrich. But I'm not aware of anyone in Elrich's office that responds to calls or emails. My plan is to file a bunch of PIA requests to different county departments. At least then you get a response.[/quote]
