the TBD for coach is in part due to understanding how many teams they will field.   In todays COVID environment all teams are struggling to figure that out at the moment. They are unable to have traditional tryouts which impacts recruiting totals and sadly many players are opting to move on from their sport of choice as they might have been on the fence and this has pushed them to quit.  So... the totals are unpredictable or at least less predictable then a typical year.

Moving from small field to full field 11v11 has no impact on the number of teams assuming the club has the volumes to field competitive squads.  As noted earlier, its a lot easier to field many teams at the younger groups as player volumes are great and the drop out has not occured.  It has nothing to do with field size or such[/quote]
