I am a little puzzled.  You think it is OK to make anonymous attacks like this because other people suffer worse insults?  Or do you think because others are insulted worse, then the person who feels attacked shouldn't feel insulted?  Do you think either the racial slurs or anonymous ad hominem attacks are useful, or moving the human race forward?  You do realize that other people have suffered worse fates than slurs, like lynching, or being dragged behind a pickup truck, but that doesn't make slurs ok?  And by the same reasoning, attacks generally are not acceptable because they may be less insulting than racial slurs?  This is what happens to our national discourse when we have clowns in the White House who basically make the country into a dumpster fire.  Let's all dial it back a bit.  This doesn't help.[/quote]
