Third place is a miserable finish, when it's 16% of the vote, compared to &gt;46% for the NOT-Austin candidates. What's he going to do with all those campaign contributions he didn't spend?

I guess that depends on what "upcounty" means. Judy Docca and Rebecca Smondrowski are  residents of Montgomery Village and Gaithersburg, respectively.[/quote]
