How in the world does your friend who lives in Potomac know exactly what all the other Potomac residents does on a daily basis?  If he/she is able to, the FBI, CIA, NSA and other intelligence agencies would love to have him/her on their staff.

I live in Potomac and we have horse farm there.  I see tennis coaches go there and give lessons to kids who live in that community.  Tennis coaches are not supposed to give private lessons outside the club where they teach during the pandemic, but I can assure that everyone is looking the other way.  The coaches need to make a living too.

My sister lives in Great Falls and her kids are also training with other kids and multiple coaches of their clubs in her BIG back yard just about everyday ever since the lock down started.  The coaches said to me that their clubs know about and is understanding about this because coaches need income to survive during the pandemic.
