Hope I’m wrong, but that’s what the internet is showing. First you pick your home/lot/structural upgrades...then after signing, you pick your other upgrades like driveway/extra lights/alarm/smart home etc...then after agreeing to that, you go to design center and add your options...it’s not all upfront.
